Steve's Camaro ZL1
Steve's Camaro ZL1 was brough in to us to have it's paintwork refinished and have our signature ceramic coatings applied to it. The vehicle shows signs of previous paint correction work, unfortunately the work wasn't performed very well and there are quite a bit of sanding marks and deep refinishing marks from aggressive compounding.
We'll be addressing all of that and more. Stay tuned, we'll be updating the tracker as we go.
Multi Step Correction Stage
We have completed scrubbing the trim pieces and taping off the vehicle. Moving into the paint correction phase. I'll perform a full multi-step paint correction to remedy all of the previous evidence of deep swirl marks and polishing marks.
Inspection Process
Our thorough inspection process has revealed a definite attempt at previous paint correction work. We're identifying spot da sanding marks and whole sale heavy finishing marks throughout the entire vehicle. We're correcting everything, we're removing all of the evidence from the previous work as well as the deeper stuff they attempted to remove and left behind revealing a deep, rich, luxurious finish.
- Previous Swirl marks under the remnants left from the previous paint correction work
- Signs of previous improper compounding and polishing
- Heavy holograms from the improper compounding
- Polisher marks burnt into the trim work
