Everyone Should Have a Ceramic Coating

And I’m not just saying that because I sell ceramic coatings. I sell ceramic coatings because I believe that.

Today’s Modern Automotive Paint Systems

They aren’t what they used to be. As with most things, the 1990s and early 2000s were peak times for automotive paint systems. But as time ticks on, the thick, hard, durable clear coats of yesteryear have given way to thin, soft, water-based clear coat systems. You’re getting less paint that is lower quality. And it’s more important than ever to get a solid, durable, baseline of protection down sooner, rather than later.

Today’s modern paint systems are more susceptible to environmental stressors that lead to staining, oxidation, hazing, and early failure. And with the paint systems being 2-3x thinner on top of it, there’s less and less paint to actually work with. Since paint correction removes microscopic layers of your vehicle’s paint system, we can only polish it a few times before it’s too thin to work on. One, maybe two or three deep aggressive corrections and even then you’re playing with fire with thin spots that could be randomly spread throughout the paintwork.

Vehicles Are Selling At All Time Highs

At the time of this writing the average price of a new car is approx. $48,000 and the cheapest car you can buy comes in at approx. $21,000. That’s crazy. What’s even crazier is people are out there paying these prices and doing little to nothing to preserve and protect their investments. Automobiles are a losing investment. From the second you buy, to the second you sell, the price tag is dropping on your vehicle’s value. Keeping your vehicle looking great and protecting it with durable professional level protection is the best way to slow that financial leak down a bit. Nothing is going to stop it but a well-maintained, good-looking, cared-for vehicle is far more likely to sell closer to asking price, much quicker, than the same vehicle that hasn’t been well maintained and cared for. That’s just a fact. It pays to invest in protection for your investment. Plus, who wouldn’t want to drive an amazing looking vehicle with a kick-ass ceramic coating on it?

What About Older Cars?

Older cars are just as important (if not more so) to protect with ceramic coatings. More and more people are keeping vehicles longer and longer. Dissatisfied with the way newer cars are being built, we’re holding on to cars longer than before. It’s more important than ever to refinish your vehicles paint work and protect it with a durable, long lasting protection. Enter ceramic coatings. The only form of vehicle protection that’s built to last as long as you’re keeping your older vehicle. Also, what’s the best way to wake up and rejuvinate a vehicle’s appearance? Paint correction and ceramic coatings. A match built to last!

Ceramic-Coated Vehicles Look Better and Are Easier To Maintain

There’s no question a properly polished and ceramic coated vehicle looks amazing. Better than new in fact. Most folks don’t realize just how much better. They also don’t realize how much better simple maintenance washes will make it look moving forward. Every time you wash the car, it’s going to look like you just had it coated. You’re going to take pride in it. It’s going to be easier to clean, easier to keep clean, and it’s going to look cleaner and stay cleaner. Bugs don’t stick as much and are easier to deal with. Things like dust and pollen are much easier to deal with too. With a ceramic coated vehicle, all you need is a quick wash, quick dry, a little dressing on the tires, and boom. She’s ready to go.
